Bio

Dr. Reznikoff is an Associate Professor of Mathematics at Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas, and is currently her department's Graduate Program Director. Under her leadership, the program has been revised to better streamline students' progress towards a degree and a career in industry or academia. Her undergraduate and graduate degrees are from UC-Berkeley (BA, PhD) and UCLA (Master's), all in mathematics. Before taking a tenure-track position at Kansas State, Dr. Reznikoff was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Victoria in British Columbia and was a visiting assistant professor at two liberal arts colleges, Reed and Smith. Dr. Reznikoff's primary area of research is operator algebras. She is also interested in symbolic dynamics as well as foundational math and its applications to operator algebras.
