Bio

I was a first generation college student, and in the summer preceding mysenior year I participated in an NSF Research Experiences forUndergraduates program. After getting my PhD from Purdue, I took up postsin California, Sweden, Germany, and Australia before finally settling inLouisiana. My research is about various kinds of higher structures, andusually falls somewhere in the intersection of homotopy theory, operad theory,and higher category theory.
