Bio

Gautam Chinta received his PhD from Columbia University in 2000 and is currently a Professor in the mathematics department at City College of New York. Though his primary research interests are in automorphic forms, he has worked with undergraduate students and graduate students on a variety of topics in the fields of number theory, representation theory and group theory.
