Bio
Faridani obtained his Diploma in Physics and PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Mnster, Germany. Since 1989 he is with the Department of Mathematics at Oregon State University. His research lies in the areas of Numerical Analysis and Shannon sampling theory and is often motivated by questions arising in computed tomography.
