Two Tenure-Track Faculty Positions in Statistics Announced at University of Michigan

The Department of Statistics at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, invites applications for multiple
opportunities beginning August 25, 2025. We are recruiting for two tenure-track positions at the Assistant
Professor levels. This is a university year (nine months) appointment. A Ph.D. in statistics or a related field is
required. Applicants in all areas of statistics and data science who have demonstrated outstanding
accomplishments or potential in research and teaching are encouraged to apply.

current and future research plans, a statement of teaching philosophy and experience, evidence of teaching

faculty whose research and/or teaching and/or service contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher
