Bio
Omar Colon-Reyes was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, 1977. He obtained his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in May 2005 under the supervision of Reinhard Laubenbacher. His area of research is Discrete Dynamical Systems and its Applications. Currently, Omar is an associate professor at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez campus.
