Two tenure-track positions in Statistics at the University of Michigan

The Department of Statistics at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, invites applications for multiple opportunities beginning August 26, 2024. We are recruiting for two tenure-track positions, one at the Assistant Professor level and one open rank. This is a university year (nine months) appointment. A Ph.D. in statistics or a related field is required. Applicants in all areas of statistics and data science who have demonstrated outstanding research accomplishments (at the senior level) or potential (at the junior level), excellence in teaching, and commitment to diversity are encouraged to apply. For applications at the Associate or Full rank, a strong track record of professional leadership and service is also expected.
